No general obligation to monitor the information which providers of intermediary services transmit or store, nor actively to seek facts or circumstances indicating illegal activity shall be imposed on those providers.

Acknowledge that no general obligation to monitor transmitted or stored information, nor to actively seek facts or circumstances indicating illegal activity, may be imposed on providers of intermediary services.
Statement
“We acknowledge that no general obligation to monitor the information which we transmit or store, nor actively to seek facts or circumstances indicating illegal activity, shall be imposed on us as a provider of intermediary services.”
