Acknowledge the conditions under which the 'caching' liability exemption applies to our service.
Statement
“We acknowledge that where our service consists of the transmission in a communication network of information provided by a recipient of the service, we are not liable for the automatic, intermediate and temporary storage of that information — performed for the sole purpose of making its onward transmission more efficient or more secure — on condition that we do not modify the information, comply with conditions on access to the information, comply with industry-recognised rules on updating the information, do not interfere with the lawful use of industry-recognised technology to obtain data on the use of the information, and act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the information upon obtaining actual knowledge that it has been removed at the initial source or that a judicial or administrative authority has ordered such removal.”
